Navigating Pipedrive to ensure the most effective and compatible CRM interaction between NGPF employees with over 14,000 teachers we serve. Identifying 20-30 schools nationally within different local areas to put our one-day Professional Development course in every state free of cost.
Organizing 5 coding workshops per semester throughout the globe to benefit underserved communities with free, and flexible curriculums on Front-End Web Development. Leading affiliations with 4 organizations globally through a team of 9 employees.
Leading a team that won 2nd position within the limited entries categories in April of 2018 after 7 years against all of Northern California. Developing effective outreach methods for fundraising and recruiting through strategic planning working alongside 4 committees as the Vice President of Team Operations and Development in the Contra Costa College Speech Team. A growth of 36% membership from mid-January with a healthy budget allowing the team to travel to 3 tournaments the spring season, organize over 3 Speech Nights (with over 60 attendees), and hold a college-wide Speech Tournament for a school with over 7,500 students to participate (approximately 90 participants). Gave over 9 presentations and speeches during Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 on topics regarding public policy, economic inequality, big data, etc. to over 6 colleges/ universities which include (but are not limited to): San Francisco State, Diablo Valley College, Santa Rosa Junior College, etc. The team participated in 34% more tournaments, this year, compared to last year. The team won 15 awards in only 6 tournaments this season (2.5 wins per tournament).
Organizing a youth tech summit for over 150+ students involved in the Bay Area Codes organization alongside 10 youth from the Bay Area.
Chosen to take a 3-week undergraduate Economics course with full tuition covered from over 28,000 possible candidates in the WCCUSD my Sophomore summer in High School at the University of Chicago through the Ivy League Connection. Conducted research with field experiments on the optimal level of high school sizes coming from financially underserved backgrounds with a team of 3 students in the duration of 3 weeks. Observed everyday decisions/ choices made by a particular group of people to further understand market behavior and behavioral economics.
